Welcome to Number Your Risk ("Company",“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website (www.numberyourrisk.com) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
2.1 Nature of Service
- Number Your Risk provides risk governance assessments based on client-submitted financial and personnel data.
- The assessments are purely advisory and for informational purposes only.
2.2 Minimum Service Requirements
- The minimum assessment includes one year of financial data (data must be monthly) and one employee.
- Clients may add additional years and employees as needed.
2.3 Finality of Assessment
- The results provided are final and non-revisable.
- No modifications, updates, or ongoing support will be provided after the service is delivered.
- The assessment outcomes cannot be challenged in any court of law or by any other legal means.
3. Service Refusal and Non-Refundable Policy
3.1 Right to Refuse Service
Number Your Risk reserves the right to refuse or decline service requests at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable unless:
- Number Your Risk declines the service request.
- The service request exceeds our capacity.
- If a refund is issued, applicable administrative fees will be deducted before processing.
4. Excluded Clients
Number Your Risk does not provide services to clients (businesses and entities) involved in:
- Interest-based capital, investments, or equities.
- Financial institutions and interest-based financing businesses.
- Weapons manufacturing, military, armed forces, or security services.
- Slavery, drugs, alcohol, intoxicants, prostitution, or sex-related services.
- Illegal activities, gambling, or pork/pig-related products.
- Animals or birds not consumed by Muslims.
If a prohibited client orders a service, the service will not be provided, and no refund will be issued.
5. Data Submission, Privacy and Confidentiality
5.1 Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and security of the data they submit. All information is provided at the client’s own risk.
5.2 Data Protection Measures
We implement reasonable security measures but do not guarantee absolute data security. We are not liable for data breaches or loss.
5.3 Mandatory Reporting
We may be legally required to disclose certain client data to authorities without prior notice.
5.4 No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions
- Unauthorized access.
- Misuse of client data.
- Regulatory actions resulting from submitted information.
5.5 Data Format and Currency
- All financial and personnel data must be provided monthly.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Liability for Outcomes
We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made from assessments.
6.2 Website and Resources
- Technical errors or downtime.
- Misinformation or breaches.
- Damage caused by website, software, or resources.
6.3 Third-Party Actions
We are not responsible for actions by hackers, legal authorities, or service providers affecting the client.
7. No Legal Recourse
7.1 Non-Binding Nature
Recommendations are advisory only and not legally binding.
7.2 Waiver of Legal Rights
By using our services, clients waive all rights to pursue legal action or challenge results in court.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Number Your Risk from any claims or liabilities arising from:
- Use of services.
- Actions based on recommendations.
- Third-party claims related to submitted data.
9. Pricing, Policies and Service Changes
We reserve the right to change prices, service scope, and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
9.1 Currency Policy
- Payments may be made in local currencies where available.
- All final payments are received in US Dollars ($).
- All financial and personnel data must be monthly and in US Dollars ($) using our template.
Payment Methods Accepted: Secure online payments via IBAN. Payments are non-refundable except under conditions noted above.
10. No Warranties
All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
11. Service Language
All services are conducted exclusively in English.
12. Communication Policy
We communicate only in writing in English via email at info@numberyourrisk.com. Phone calls are not accepted.
